This is Our Policy and Process on Freelance Agents and Freelance Dispensaries that are wanting to use our Website to Obtain 

JUST THE DR RECOMMENDATION for the Client with You (not EMC) Doing the Required Upload to OMMA.

Anyone that uses Our Website as a Freelance Agent or Freelance Dispensary for this Sole Purpose of Assisting a client to 

Obtain the Medical Marijuana Card will Adhere to our Policies.

You Understand that as a Freelance Agent or Freelance Dispensary that you are Not Employed by EasyMedCards.com 

and therefore are Responsible to Collect The Fee for the Dr Recommendation thru EMC and your Upload Fee from the client.

You are Responsible:

 To Create your Membership with EasyMedCards.com

(Please Text me so I can Verify your Membership and Grant you Access to the Required Intake Form)

Make the Payment to our Website for the Appropriate Dr Recommendation (Advise the client there is No Refund)

Fill Out the Required Intake Form

Once the client has been Dr Approved - You will do the Upload to OMMA for the client

You Understand that by using Our Website as A Freelance Agent You are Responsible to Obtain All Fees Required

The Fee for the Appropriate Dr Recommendation payable thru EasyMedCards.com

The Fee You Charge for the Upload to OMMA.

Please Note: that if you Misuse or Misrepresent EasyMedCards.com  in any way-- We will Revoke your Membership and you will No Longer be able to Use Our Website as a Freelance Agent or Freelance Dispensary.
